Vincent is the Managing Broker and Co-Founder at Signature Mortgages, a Division of Clear Trust Mortgages, and is a top producing agent at the flagship company. Since inception, he has built Signature Mortgages into a team of over 30 mortgage professionals dedicated to upholding the highest standards within the industry. He is currently managing the Signature team with his mentor and co-founder, who also happens to be the Vice-President of Residential Mortgages at Clear Trust Mortgages.
As a graduate of the UBC Real Estate Licensing program in the 95th percentile, as well as a Bachelors of Science, Vincent’s attention to detail and drive for customer satisfaction has led him to a career in mortgage financing.
His long term goal is to advise individuals in all aspects of borrowing and personal finance, and educate his clients on how to be debt free, faster. As an avid investor and finance enthusiast, he believes knowledge is key for lasting success and applies this knowledge towards getting the best mortgage plan to suit his clients’ needs.
