November Update

The pre-sale market is HOT!

So far we’ve already funded 9 Mortgages in November: 8 of which are pre-sales! Over-joyed to see our clients realize substantial gains on their purchases, after waiting patiently for the past few years. Pre-sales can be tricky investments, but—when timed properly—can return profit margins well over 100% of your initial investment/deposit.
